Welcome to our online practice exam site. We, [herein after referred to as ‘ETGMAT.COM’] allow you to give full GMAT practice exams before applying for the real one. ETGMAT.COM and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions upon which ETGMAT.COM (“We” or “Us”) will provide services to you on ETGMAT.COM (“the Website”). These Terms constitute a contractual agreement between you and us. By visiting, accessing, using, and/or joining (Collectively “Using”) the Website and the services thereof, you express your understanding and acceptance of these Terms. As used in this document, the terms “you” or “your” refer to you, any entity you represent, your or its representatives, successors, assigns and affiliates.

This document might be updated from time to time and the current version will be posted on ETGMAT.COM accordingly.

Grant of License

You agree that the Service contains Content specifically provided by ETGMAT.COM or its affiliates and that content posted on this website (questions, sections, essays etc) is taken from publicly available sources. You shall abide by and maintain all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Service.

ETGMAT.COM grants permission to the user of the site and/or its services a worldwide, non-exclusive, modify and reproduce the content, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Use, reproduction, modification, distribution or storage of any Content for other than personal, non-commercial use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from ETGMAT.COM. You shall not re-sell, license, rent or otherwise use or exploit any Content for commercial use or in any way that violates any third party right.

Restrictions

Your use of our website has to be used for lawful purposes only.

Again, these Terms of Use are personal to you and are not assignable, transferable or sub-licensable by you except with ETGMAT.COM’s prior written consent.

ETGMAT.COM may assign, transfer or delegate any of its rights and obligations hereunder without consent.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of the Terms of Use and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect.

In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under the Terms of Use, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover costs and court fees.

Scope of Service and Limitations

You can purchase the full version of the exam or try out our demo version. The demo version has only a limited number of questions ( 10 quant and 10 version). The full version however has the same number of questions as in the real exam ( 31 quant and 36 verbal).

There is an essay section as well in the full exam which is checked by industry expert evaluators (which may take up to 2 weeks at most).

Currently, there is no Integrated Reasoning section as it is currently in development and will go online once it passes all its quality management checks.

We undertake that the Services will be performed substantially with reasonable skill and care. However, the undertaking shall not apply to the extent of any non-conformance that is caused by the use of the services contrary to our instructions, or modification or alteration of the Services by any party other than ETGMAT.COM or its duly authorized affiliates and or/staff. However, ETGMAT.COM does not warrant that the use of the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that the services, documentation and/or the information obtained by the user through the services will meet the user's requirement, and is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or any other loss or damage resulting from the transfer of data over communications networks and facilities, including the internet, and the user acknowledges that the services and documentation may be subject to limitations, delays and other problems inherent in the use of such communications facilities.

This agreement shall not prevent ETGMAT.COM from entering into similar agreements with third parties, or from independently developing, using, selling or licensing documentation, and/or services that are similar to those provided under this agreement. ETGMAT.COM warrants that it has and will maintain all necessary licenses, consents, and permissions necessary for the performance of its obligations under this agreement.

Registration

We do not have a registration option, but upon purchasing an exam you become a member as you are provided with a username and password combination and an online exam application link.

If more than one exam is purchased, all exams are linked with the same username and password combination.

We do not collect any information from you except for the email address, the purpose of which solely is to send you the username and password combination. There will be no other email from us to you except for the credentials email.

Managing your Account

ETGMAT.COM allows you to change your password after it has been sent. The currently supported password is alphanumeric only without any special characters, which will be considered in future version updates of the web application.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you subscribe to any of our packages, you will be charged as per our payment plans, together with any additional transaction charges. Details of the charges are shown as set out in our plans. Any reduction in the membership price (for example, where you downgrade to a lower-priced package or reduce the number of exams on your account) will take effect in your next membership month or year following notification. Any increase in the membership price and plans (for example, where you upgrade your package or add additional exams) will take effect from the date of notification Your membership begins on the date on which you purchase the services. Fees for all the services that you sign up for are payable upon purchase of the exams or the relevant subscription billing periods. You can pay purchase fees by using your PayPal account securely. We also support crypto payments (handled by coinpayments.com) to support blockchain technology. Please read carefully the Terms & conditions related to PayPal Payment Gateway and the crypto payment gateway. Your payment details are fully encrypted to eliminate the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. At the time of payment, you will be asked to provide PayPal Account details. In the event, that ETGMAT.COM is unable at any time to obtain payment of any charges using such details, ETGMAT.COM may freeze your account until it has received settlement in full.

Schedule of charges, Billing Policy

All information that is or that will be conveyed through our website is distributed free of charge. However, Charges are linked to the subscription package to which you subscribe, as set out in the plans. You can place your order for a specific service, by using PayPal Platform or crypto platform securely. All services provided will incur certain subscription charges depending on your purchase. You can pay such charges by using PayPal securely. Please follow the PayPal user guidelines regarding the online purchase policy. By clicking “I Agree” and providing ETGMAT.COM with your PayPal A/C information, you authorize ETGMAT.COM to charge your Paypal account once, depending on the service that you selected.

All payments shall be payable in USD.

ETGMAT.COM can cancel Your account due to Your breach of the Terms of this Agreement. In such circumstances, You will not be entitled to any refund for any payments You have made to us.

If a service received is not as described, or in error, we will do our best to investigate the issue and help the user, but it is ultimately the user’s responsibility, and we cannot be liable for any scams carried out by third-party platforms.

Any and all payments made by the user at any time are non-cancellable and non-refundable;

The User is responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and the Site and all applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, we have developed a certain policy for helping our valued customers. Exceptions may occur and will be handled as the following:

Non-delivery

Non-delivery of any service due to some technical issues, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the original delivery date otherwise, the services rendered will be considered received.

Services not-as-described:

Such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the original date of delivery. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased service is not as it is described on the website. Complaints that are based merely on the user's false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Our Technical Support Team is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support promptly.

The Principal shall not be liable for damages of any kind solely as a result of termination of this Agreement, nor shall termination of this Agreement by the Principal be without prejudice to any other right or remedy of such party under this Agreement or applicable law.

Electronic Communications

When you visit ETGMAT.COM or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Dispute Resolution
